Hey beautiful yogis
I'm really excited to announce that I will be running a workshop during Leeds Wellbeing Week at the gorgeous venue - Malmaison Leeds!
This event is called: The Hidden Cost of Always Coping and it's at 6-7pm on Monday 1st June 2026.
Details: In a culture that praises resilience and productivity, many of us have become experts at “coping” — often at the expense of our nervous systems.
This restorative session explores stress, nervous system overload, and why true rest can feel surprisingly unfamiliar — even uncomfortable — in an overstimulated world.
Through guided reflection, gentle embodiment practices, and deep rest techniques inspired by yoga nidra, I’ll share practical ways to reconnect with calm, clarity and inner steadiness. Open to all. No prior experience needed.
You can book your free place and find more information here: https://leedswellbeingweek.uk/etn/the-hidden-cost-of-always-coping/
Here's how I announced it on my website:

Gratitude Corner
This month, my heartfelt thanks go to the women of my Sunday morning class. Your consistency, loyalty, your willingness to show up week after week — not just for the practice, but for yourselves — means more than you know.
As my work grows and new opportunities unfold, I want you to know that you are the steady heartbeat of it all. The proof that this work matters. Watching you deepen, soften and strengthen over time is a privilege I never take for granted.
Thank you for trusting me with your Sundays. You are deeply valued. 🙏🏼
